Really interesting book “anti-fragile” by Nassim Taleb

¿What’s the opposite of fragile? There’s no word in most of languages. People tend to say strong, rigid, unwavering… but those are not real anthonyms.

A bull is fragile to swords in the heart 🐂❤️

But if you cut Hydra’s head. 2 grow on her neck, if you cut those heads now she has 4. So anti fragile is becoming better on problems, & not unchanging in the face of change.

Unchanged by change is what our ego wants to be.

When we were kids we wanted to be strongerst.

This week, while finishing our second project at HPE and starting a new adventure, my team demonstrated anti-fragility & my lead has proven to be a fantastic catalyst. We face a difficulty and now we feel more confident about facing nexts.
